• Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment.

3. Etiquette

• Please arrive on time to ensure the best service.

• Arrive with hair washed unless discussed.

4. Services & Results

• We cannot guarantee exact styles due to differences in hair texture, but we’ll always do our best!

• Let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

• We will directly contact you to meet your specific needs after you book.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction

• Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to make small adjustments within 2 days if needed.

• If you have concerns, please speak up during your appointment so we can make it right!
